At The Knail Bakery, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To maintain a calm, luxury experience for every guest, we kindly ask that you review our booking policies below. These policies allow us to protect the time reserved for each guest and maintain the quality of service The Knail Bakery is known for. ⸻ 🌸 Cancellations & Rescheduling • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit. • Same-day cancellations (less than 6 hours notice) may require full service payment before a new appointment can be booked. • A new appointment and deposit will be required to rebook. ⸻ 🌿 Lateness Policy • Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service experience. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to modify their service or reschedule, depending on the remaining appointment time. Late-fee may apply. • Arrivals 20 minutes late will be considered a missed appointment. ⸻ ❕ No-Show Policy • A no-show occurs when a client does not arrive for their appointment and does not communicate beforehand. • No-shows result in automatic cancellation of the appointment and loss of the deposit. • After one (1) no-show, clients will no longer be eligible to book future appointments at The Knail Bakery. ⸻ Booking Agreement By booking an appointment with The Knail Bakery, clients acknowledge and agree to the policies listed above.
