Please review our cancellation policy below: ⸻ 🌸 Cancellations & Rescheduling • We require at least 36 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service. ⸻ 🌿 No-Show Policy • A no-show (not arriving within 15 minutes of your appointment without communication) will result in a 85% charge of the scheduled service. • After two no-shows, you may be required to pay a non-refundable deposit to book future services.
